1. How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each item is made to order through our Printify fulfillment partners to ensure high-quality production.

2. How long is the shipping time?

  • United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
    Shipping times may vary during holidays or carrier delays.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

At the moment, we do not offer free shipping.

  • U.S. Shipping: $4.99

  • International Shipping: $8.00

4. Which carriers do you use?

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services depending on your location. Printify automatically selects the fastest carrier available.

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, feel free to contact us.

6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. My order arrived in separate packages. Is that normal?

Yes! Because we work with multiple Printify fulfillment centers, items may ship separately. This does not affect your shipping cost.

8. What if my package is delayed?

Delays can happen due to carriers or seasonal traffic. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we’ll contact our Printify partners to assist you.

9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at texalse.com@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin production quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. After production starts, changes may no longer be possible.

11. What’s your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For size issues, please check our size guides before ordering.

12. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t entered production, we can update it. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

13. Can I place a custom or personalized order?

Yes! We offer custom designs on select products. Feel free to reach out with your ideas.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Not at the moment, but you can always ship items directly to the recipient.
